Sidra – Natural
Natural process with tasting notes of lemon verbena, mandarin, blueberries, raspberries, and green grapes. Very clean profile with a juicy body and a fresh, persistent aftertaste.

Our Story
We are Edgar, Oscar, and Manuel and our story begins in Loja, Ecuador, a region well known for its high-altitude farms and exceptional coffee. From an early age, we were surrounded by the rich aroma of freshly roasted beans from our grandfather’s farm. Coffee was part of our everyday life and a reflection of our family’s values of hard work, community, and tradition.
After living several years abroad, we began to feel a deep longing for our roots. We missed the flavors, the people, and the sense of connection that came from the land where we grew up. When we returned to Ecuador, we were inspired by our family’s legacy and decided to bring it back to life in a new way.
In 2025, we founded Gonzalez Brothers Coffee with a clear purpose: to share the authentic taste of Ecuadorian coffee with the world. Our coffee carries the essence of our homeland, the dedication of our farmers, and the passion that began generations ago on our grandfather’s farm.
